2. How do I know if my order has been received by Name It?
- Your order is acknowledged by a computer generated confirmation. We then email you again when we are processing it. We then email you again when your order has been posted.
3. How do you deliver an order?
- Label orders fit into a normal sized envelope through the post.
- If it is a large order or fundraising order, we may use a courier service to your door.
- If you have a special urgent delivery request, please give us a call (1800 793 134) or write a special request into the comment area on your order form.

5. What happens to my name and address if I order with you on the internet?
- We guarantee that we will not pass on your name or address to any other company, for any other purpose.
6. How can I change my order, once it is in the shopping cart?
- If you change or alter your order, at any stage, remember to scroll down and press the UPDATE button to confirm your changes. When you have pressed the UPDATE button you will see that the changes have taken place, before moving on to the payment section.
7. I dont have a credit card? Can I pay by cheque or Internet Banking?
- We take all major credit cards via PayPal.
- We do not except cheques. There is an option to choose DIRECT DEPOSIT at Check-out.
