We specialise in small or large runs of professional-looking printed care labels. These are ideal for clothing, bedding and other textiles that need clear washing and care instructions, plus optional brand details such as your name, logo or country of origin.

Care labels can include text only, standard care symbols, or a mixture of both. You can add fibre content, washing temperature, drying and ironing instructions, and any extra notes that your customers need to look after the item properly.

Who are custom care labels for?

These labels are commonly used by small clothing brands, home sewers and makers, uniform suppliers, linen and bedding producers, and anyone selling garments or textile items that need clear wash and care information. They are also useful for school uniforms, rest home laundry and other institutional clothing where instructions must be easy to follow.

What can we print on your labels?

You can include standard care symbols (wash, bleach, dry, iron, dry-clean), simple written instructions, or both. Many customers also add fibre content, country of origin, a brand name or logo, and any extra notes such as “Do not tumble dry” or “Wash separately”.

Labels can be printed on one side only, or on both sides of the label (for example, logo on the front and care instructions on the back). You can choose plain flat labels or labels that are folded and sewn into a seam, depending on how you plan to attach them.

Materials and label sizes

We can print onto white or black polyester, satin, or cotton label material. The most popular size is a 50mm x 30mm care label, but smaller or longer labels can be made if needed. If you are not sure which size or material to choose, you can select “Other or not sure” and add a note in the comment box when you order.

Why a proper care label is important

Clear care instructions help your customers wash and dry items correctly, reducing the risk of shrinking, fading or damage. In many cases, care labels are also recommended or required when you are selling clothing or textile products, as they give people the information they need to look after what they have bought.
