These polyester sew on labels are designed for machine sewers who want a strong, long-lasting name label. They are made from a tough polyester material which will not fray or fade, and are ideal for garments that go through regular hot washes and tumble drying.
Each label is pre-cut and supplied in a resealable bag, ready to sew straight onto your clothing. There is no need to turn the ends under – simply lay the label flat and machine sew around the edge with small, tight stitches.

This is one of our strongest labels for clothing and linen. It is particularly popular for rest homes, nursing homes and boarding schools where washing is often done at higher temperatures and items need to be clearly named for a long time.
To machine sew: lay the pre-cut polyester label flat on your garment and sew all the way around with small, tight stitches. This material is quite firm and is not recommended for hand sewing. If you can only hand sew, we suggest our iron on labels with a small hand stitch added at each end, or our soft satin or woven sew on labels instead.

Polyester sew on labels are an excellent choice for rest homes, nursing homes and boarding schools where washing is done at high temperatures and items are often tumble dried.
